Job SPECIFICATIONS

 you must be a partner at your current firm with a portable book of business of >$1M.  Practice area irrelevant as all are welcome.

You must have an interest in growing your practice, and working with your new partners to integrate your practice into the firm. 

Silo practices are not welcome.

If you are looking to bring a group with you, your book needs to be large enough to warrant that move.

Partners will be considered outside these parameters on a one-off basis, with good reason.
