Hold at least a Diploma's or Bachelor's Degree, preferably with HSE background.
Business level English (spoken & written).
Must have 10 years of working experience as a Safety Manager or similar.
Knowing the field of Electrical or Communication Systems.
Good knowledge of Safety & Health Management, Operational Safety, Environmental Management, Quality Management System Development, Risk Management, Safety & Health Management, Waste Management, Emergency Management, and Safety Operation.
Have a safety license or certificates or similar (Ahli K3 UMUM).
Experience in developing SMK3 and other regulations.
Willing to work in Gresik, Surabaya.
Preferably have working experience in Japanese company.

Tanggung Jawab

Developing and implementing quality standards and quality control systems.
Conducting inspections and identifying hazards and EHS violations.
Providing solutions and intervention strategies for hygiene, health, and safety hazards.
Implementing new health and safety protocols and measures to ensure compliance with regulations.
Monitoring operational processes and employee activities.
Generating assessment documentation, incident and accident reports, and health and safety manuals.
Reporting to the owner, project manager, and other regulatory agencies.
Provide the best practice HSE solution on the day-to-day monitoring and reporting to maintain Project Owner standards.
Monitor and review the implementation of HSE standards at the construction site.
Ensuring the project meeting that we chair starts with a Health & Safety moment which we initiate through our dedicated Health, Safety, Wellbeing App.
Ensuring all contractors and vendors on site have a requisite level of compliant safety training resulting in them having a high degree of hazard awareness.
Supports the Project Manager in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue.
Supports the Project Manager in the HSE Management System standard issue.
Ensures, in accordance with the Corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review, and auditing of the Company HSE Systems.
Setting a zero-tolerance health and safety culture.
Monitor the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provides updating.
Other related tasks as assigned.
