Job PREREQUISITES

Requirements for the Manager Project Management Office:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business or directly related area.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Project Management or Business Process Management and five (5) years of experience in a managerial position.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in overseeing and leading technology initiatives (e.g. infrastructure and applications projects).
Project Management Professional (PMP) by Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.

The highly qualified Manager Project Management Office we seek will:

Develop, implement and provide guidance related to the Project Management Office processes and policies.
Oversee the work and mentor Project Management Office staff, which includes Project Managers and Business Analysts.
Manage day-to-day activities in the Project Management Office to ensure programs and projects meet organization goals and requirements.
Develop and lead governance processes and methodologies, including Project Intake and Project Prioritization.
Oversee major initiatives, with a predominance of technology-related projects.
Maintain excellent communication with Senior Management and other department leaders across the organization to define, prioritize, and develop programs and projects.
