Hold Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Business level English is a must (spoken & written).
Must have a minimum of 10 years of working experience in Electrical work (both engineer and operational).
Have an understanding of electrical design and be able to use AutoCAD software.
Have knowledge of QA & QC of Electrical work (both engineer and operational).
Have knowledge and understanding of the work of communication systems.
Have a certificate of expertise is preferred (certificate of competence, and other relevant similar).
Able to manage resources in the section led.
Able to plan and develop engineering systems.
Able to lead, coordinate, and support other electrical staff.
Have an understanding of project budgeting.
Able to coordinate and direct projects from start to finish.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Possess strong leadership and analytical skills.
Energetic and able to work under tight schedules.
Ability to set goals and meet deadlines.
Preferably have working experience in Japanese company.

Provide electrical engineering recommendations and technical support on electrical engineering reviews, strategic plans, and projects.
Assist with allocation, budgeting, resource planning, and scheduling.
Manage unit and development cost estimations and helps determine affordable and reliable material sources.
Ensure on-time product development by collaborating with other leaders to estimate reasonable and precise schedules and solve problems quickly.
Streamlines production while meeting compliance and safety guidelines.
Creates production, quality validation, and evaluation requirements and tests and troubleshoots dilemmas (if any).
Establish technical standards in reviews, documentation, and designs.
Manage Engineering teams and other Electrical Engineering staff members.
