Skill & Experiences:

  1. Knowledge supporting and configuring solutions using Mobile Device Management (MDM) as it pertains to end user support.
  2. Associates degree in information technology, or equivalent work experience
  3. At least 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
  4. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  5. Able to manage multiple threads of work simultaneously and knowledge to prioritize appropriately based on business or end-user needs.
  6. Solutions-oriented and a quick problem-solver; can operate autonomously and escalate appropriate.
  7. Have technical knowledge of MacOS, Windows 10/11, iOS, and common end user applications (i.e., MS Office).

Tanggung Jawab

Job Descriptions:

  1. Reporting directly to IT Infra Support Lead
  2. Ensure all the endpoints system are running well and compliant to company standard regulations
  3.  As Layer 1 and 2 layer support across for issues related to the endpoints OS an applications.
  4. Works closely with IT ServiceDesk team and serves as an escalation point for core end user endpoint.
  5. Manage the deployment of security patches for endpoints operating system and applications.
  6. Performs engineering activities (R&D) required to develop an endpoint solution.
  7. Perform other duties as required and assigned
