Job Description

• Mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data untuk mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan dalam kegiatan perbaikan
• Meninjau serta mengevaluasi proses bisnis perusahaan dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan serta pengembangan untuk peningkatan efisiensi dan produktivitas secara keseluruhan
• Merancang laporan untuk memantau kinerja operasional dan meningkatkan visibilitas operasional
• Mengembangkan dan mengelola SOP dan Instruksi Kerja (WI)
• Membuat materi pelatihan tentang proses/kebijakan/sistem/prosedur baru untuk pengguna/klien
• Memastikan ide perbaikan dijalankan dan diimplementasikan dengan baik

Job Requirements

• Pendidikan minimal S1 segala jurusan, jurusan Bisnis dan Manajemen sebagai nilai tambah
• Memiliki pengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai Staff SOP Development/Business Process Officer
• Memiliki pemikiran analitis, kemampuan negosiasi dan komunikasi yang sangat baik
• Memiliki keterampilan memecahkan masalah dengan konsep perbaikan berkelanjutan
• Memiliki pengalaman secara aktif terlibat langsung dalam pembuatan Flowchart dan penyusunan sistem SOP/Business Process
• Memiliki pengalaman khusus dalam Peningkatan Proses Bisnis
• Memiliki pengalaman ISO
• Dapat melakukan pengolahan data dan mempresentasikannya dengan baik menggunakan Google Doc Editor (Google Sheets, Google Slide, Google Docs) atau Ms Office (Ms Word. Ms Excel, Ms Powerpoint)
• Memiliki pengalaman dalam pembuatan dokumen kerja yang rapi dan sesuai standar
