DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Job duty Sales Assistant:

1. Place new order to the system
2. Manage stock
3. Communicate with EXIM, PPIC, and Warehouse department for shipment
4. Make sure the export date same with customer requests
5. Assist sales team for exporting shipment
6. Follow all companies policies and procedures

Requirement:

1. Have experience in SALES and Export (A minimum 3 years’ experience)
2. Have experience in Shipping Process, handling documents, CIPL, Coo, delivery note, SI, VGM, breakdown container list, Check B/C.
3. Communicate with PPIC and Warehouse team for shipment.
4. Familiar with ERP system.
5. Fluency in Mandarin and English both oral and written.
6. Have good communication skill
7. Excellent personality with good attitude and integrity.
8. Can work individual and as a team
9. A hard worker, detail-oriented, and obtain a good interpersonal skill is required.
10. Excellent Microsoft skills (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint)
