Work Description

McCarter & English, LLP is actively seeking a junior to mid-level commercial litigation associate admitted to practice in Connecticut, with a dual New York admission being a plus. We are seeking a talented and driven associate having 2-5 years of experience with a strong academic background and excellent writing skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with real estate litigation, title insurance defense litigation, and/or consumer financial services litigation, and bankruptcy experience is a plus. Candidates must be eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment that offers the highest rewards for stellar performance.
