As a Guest Relation, you will:

• Build a relationship through phone and email with clients and understand their needs in order to provide an excellent level of service
• Ensure a smooth collection of all due payments
• Ensure a smooth arrival, during the stay experience and check-out together with the villa owners/manager.
• Offer a range of unique services to our guests: car rental, spa, meal requests, activities, retreats, events, etc.
• Resolve any issues during the clients’ stay, together with the Concierge Manager
• Collect and respond to customer reviews

Best of all? You can set-up appointments to meet VIP clients and greet them personally!
