Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years experienced in Purchasing
• Should be good at communicating and interpersonal skill
• Having well proven good ethical and work integrity
• Fast learner & able to work in fast paced working environment
• Business minded person and passionate in procurement process
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Indonesia

Job Descriptions :

• Prepare and process all material plans and ensure compliance to all purchasing policies and assist to buy all supplies and equipments.
• Check with other parts for conformity of goods specifications and delivery times
• Process and collect data of suppliers in terms of price, readiness and accuracy of delivery and quality of goods they offer as data to conduct supplier selection
• Prepare and make performance through training, performance appraisal, work efficiency to improve performance and competencies.
• Prepare and process yearly supplier assessment for next project with the user.
• Learn business process in automotive manufacturing, government regulation and overseas regulation of procurement
• Prepare daily, monthly and yearly report based on Sourcing activities and use it as references for improvement recommendation analysis to be given to management in order to maintain and improve direct sourcing performance
• Perform monthly review and recap and analysis of accuracy based on budget

SGMW MOTOR INDONESIAPT SGMW Indonesia obtained the legal person status in June, 2015, and held the Ground Breaking Ceremony on 20th Aug., which is located in “Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC), at Zone B, Sukamahi Village, Kota Deltamas, Bekasi Regency, Kota Deltamas, Cikarang,West Java”, is investing $700 million , including a manufacture plant and a supplier park. The SORP date for both plant and supplier park will be in July 2017 and the Plant will produce 150 thousand vehicles in a year. As a Chinese automobile enterprise invests in Indonesia, SGMW，the mother company of PT SGMW Motor Indonesia, was established on November 18, 2002. It is a joint venture with three major shareholders of SAIC Motor Corporation Limited, General Motors and Liuzhou Wuling Automotive Corporation Limited. SGMW has four manufacturing facilities in China with a total annual capacity of 2 million vehicles, included Passenger cars and commercial vehicles.
