Job CONDITIONS

  • Proficient knowledge of US GAAP, FASB ASC and exceptional analytical, quantitative, statistical skills and cash flow forecasting. 
  • Understanding of dashboards and reports of key performance indicators (KPIs), utilize metrics to inform business planning including timely corrective actions when necessary. He/she will be able improve transparency, accuracy and utility of key performance metrics that will directly influence day-to-day operational and financial decisions to ensure goals are met. 
  • Knowledge of sensitivity and trend analyses to identify drivers and predictors of revenue growth and margin improvement and incorporate analysis into forecasting process and tools. 
  • Prior banking, PE or investment banking analyst experience is preferred.
  • An MBA is desirable but not required.   

Duties and Responsibilities

BlueTriton Brands, a One Rock Capital Company, is behind your favorite bottled water brands which include: Poland Spring, Arrowhead, Ozarka, Deer Park, Zephyrhills, Ice Mountain, Pure Life, Saratoga and many others.


Reporting to the VP FP&A, the Director FP&A will develop and manage financial analysis procedures, as well as identify and prioritize recommended actions. In addition, the role conducts financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting efforts to ensure efficient financial operations. The Director of FP&A will prepare and maintain metric-driven financial models used to forecast and evaluate company profitability and perform additional analysis as requested.  


Working closely with the CFO, he/she will formulate the business's medium to LT financial and strategic plan and work on M&A projects. He/She will be a key member of the FP&A Leadership Team ensuring best in class forecasting and analysis.
