General Requirement

Max 30 years old

  • Candidate must possess at least D3 in Accounting/Finance
  • At least 2 years of working experience as AP Staff/AR Staff
  • Having background from Travel Agency is an advantage
  • Placement in Jakarta, Bandung, Makassar, Balikpapan, Surabaya, Denpasar, Papua (Timika)

Job Description

AP Staff

  • Processing payments
  • Filing and maintaining supplier records
  • Checking and verifying invoices
  • Preparing cheques for payment
  • Performing other ad hoc tasks as required by their supervisor

AR Staff

  • Confirming payments from customer accounts
  • Addressing queries regarding invoices
  • Managing Accounts Receivable files
  • Posting receipts
  • Handling account reconciliations of Accounts Receivable ledger
