Job QUALIFICATIONS

Exceptional WHITE COLLAR (defense of company) experience including FIRST CHAIR experience and experience in both State and Federal courts, the successful candidate MUST be admitted in NYS. 

A federal clerkship is strongly preferred as is government experience (Federal level prefd)!

Moreover, for this search, the firm prefers that:

1) you must currently be a partner at your firm (income or equity) OR a high level govt enforcement or DOJ AUSA.

 2) your firm must be a known name (boutique, small, mid-sized, branch, or large)

 3) your firm may NOT fall into the following categories:  personal injury, insurance defense, primarily plaintiffs firm,

 4) you may not be coming directly from the: non-profit,  or be a recent graduate of law school.  We prefer that you not be an out of work attorney.

 5) your portable book of repeatable business should be approx. $500-750K+ for this search only! PLEASE call if you are in the neighborhood!
