Our intellectual property litigation group brings to bear experience in all types of IP disputes and in a variety of technologies and industries. Our litigators have successfully litigated numerous patent, trademark, copyright and technology related suits throughout the United States.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Moore & Van Allen has an immediate need in its Charlotte office for an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate or Junior Partner with extensive trademark litigation experience.

Our Charlotte office is currently seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate or Junior Partner with at least four years of trademark litigation and contested matters experience. Excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills are required.
