DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Mewah is a global food and agri-business listed on Mainboard of the Singapore Stock Exchange Securities Trading Limited since 2010. Today, Mewah’s products are marketed to more than 100 countries and become one of the prominent edible oils and fats businesses with total refining capacity in excess of 3.5 million MT annually.

We are looking for a qualified Area Sales Manager to expand our dairy business in North Sumatera region.

The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the Sales Team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis.
• Manage Sales Team and Distributor to generate and meet sales target.
• Support the learning and development of Sales Team.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree.
• Experienced in managing Sales Team.
• Well-rounded knowledge on North Sumatera region and its culture.
• Good command of English, both verbal and written.
• Preferred having personal vehicle.
