DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Responsivilities:

• Make a plan and actual quarterly, monthly, weekly sales system to ensure achievement of sales targets
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contract.
• Running daily schedule of customer visit and approach and maintain progress report.
• Responsible to collect billing that has been due to customer.
• To maintain deal tracking list, customer data base, & collecting and summarizing market data knowledge.
• Assist to develop marketing formula and pricing policies for bitumen sales.
• Creating reports on customer complaints and provide recommendations for improving service.
• Identify sales prospects and a report on market trend and activity on a regular basis.

 Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree from civil engineering/ chemical.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field.
• Prior experience with ROAD construction field contact will be an advantage.
• Shows initiative and team work, good planning and organization skills.
• Has a good analytical thinking.
• Having proper communication, negotiation as well as presentation skill.
• Computer literate (minimum MIcrosoft Office, Excel & Power Point)
• English literate.
• Having a car driving licence (SIM A) & good driving skill.
