DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

PT Lotte Mart Indonesia (LOTTE Mart) and PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia (LOTTE Grosir) are looking for General Manager Tenant to supervise the Tenant Team to ensure maximum occupancy or rental units at all times, achieve tenant satisfaction and achieve specialty leasing income goals established by the Management.

Job Details : 

• Study, review and recommend policies and procedures that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy
• Negotiate and budget leasing terms and conditions
• Organize and plan a strategy for the needs of all store tenants (new tenants & existing tenants) including the operation and administration of lease agreements based on applicable SOPs and company targets
• Work with tenants to grow the retail market and ensure tenants fulfill their lease obligation
• Source and seek out prospective tenants 
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective, existing and short-term tenants
• Supervise the renewals, addendum, MOU, LOI, renegotiations, and leasing documentation

Requirements : 

• 10 years or more of related experience is required (experience in Retail is preferred)
• Successful track record of building effective tenant relations within a shopping mall or retail property management environment
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work with speed and accuracy
• Must be a detail-oriented team player
• Should have a good level of written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously
• Excellent leadership capabilities with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
• Capable of seeking out new ideas, exhibiting initiative, and being proactive
• Clear and effective oral presentation of ideas/recommendations and effective written communication
