Job PREREQUISITES

Manage 3-5 crew members

  • Lead by example
  • Hold morning briefings for crew
  • Day-to-day management of crew
  • Complete work safely, on-time, and within budget
  • Monitor and ensure OSHA and environmental compliance

Duties

  • Be an integral part of the crew
  • Perform any job at any time
  • Meet daily/weekly production goals
  • Complete daily progress/recovery reports
  • Communicate with management

Maintain Equipment

  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of all equipment
  • Troubleshoot and recommend solutions for equipment repairs
  • Find vendors/service companies near jobsite
  • Perform/Oversee PM on all equipment

Job Details

We are looking for someone who can lead a team and run a jobsite. Our Job Site Managers are “Player Coaches” that work alongside the team they lead. You will be responsible for the overall supervision and coordination of a team of 3-5 range cleaning specialists engaged in the recovery of lead from outdoor shooting ranges.

It can be hard work at times, but it's rewarding. If you take pride in the work you do, can lead a crew, and are serious about meeting goals, you can go far with our company. Do you have prior military service? You have the experience we want and will have a leg up on all other applicants.

This job site will move 3-4 times per year.

Pay and Compensation:

Base yearly Pay - $52,000 - $65,000

Bonus pays:

  1. Sign on Bonus of $3,000 will be paid upon completion of probationary period.
  2. Specific project related incentives.

Meal stipend paid while traveling. Lodging is arranged and paid for by the company while traveling.

After your 90-day probationary period you will get 5 days of PTO and 5 days of paid sick leave per year.
